Good spot but a lot of locals and taxis to that went to the airport…… We were lucky to get a minibus to Brusel. It is a bit tricky to get there the door was not open so we had to go to the end of the fence and around through the Forrest Jungle and that the most dangerous you have to walk on the road where the cars speed up from the gas station to the highway. A guy and a girl on a Thursday at noon without a sign. It was a good spot : there is little place to stop, but traffic is good and slow. It might be a bit dangerous, but not so much and two cars stopped to help us in 10min. We got a ride with the second car to the petrol station in the direction of Brussels.―JumpingRabbit

Easy spot on the car parking near highway in direction of Germany close to the airport.There were no trains or buses to Cologne, the earliest would be in 4 hours, but I am impatient af. Saw it on Google map, came here, approached a truck with German plate numbers and got a direct ride to Cologne. Ez

Even though I found a ride quickly, I wouldn't recommend this spot. Maybe it was the timing but it was pretty empty with only locals there.
