I expected great things from this spot. Got a lot of waves and smiles but it didn't seem many people were heading to Quebec City. Ended up getting a ride from two cops to the edge of town and luckily was not handed a ticket. There's a lot of traffic through here so I think I may have been unlucky.―Joubsey

Straight to Montreal, there is a safe place to stop before the no pedestrian sign.―Kars

Good spot to exit Montreal.I went there from the city center by subway + bus + 5 min walk.
Okay trafic, a place for the car to stop and cars are going slowly because of the trafic light.
Waited an hour with my sign to Québec and got a ride to Trois-Rivières

First hitchhike in Quebec for me !After the last big intersection of Talbot Boulevard in Chicoutimi, direction Quebec / Mtl.
Practical for the possibility of sheltering from the rain at the SAQ Sélection.

Good to try, but sometimes you just can't get it there ! If you are out of the business hours, that's still the best one you can have.―Anonymous

Heading East, a bit further, but during business hours it might be more easy than the one on Marie-Victorin. It's in an industrial park.―Anonymous
