Great spot for heading north to Aalborg/Fredrikshavn on the E45. There's enough time for the cars to see you and enough space for them to stop. Get the 25 bus to tilst vestervej and then walk along the viborvej for 5 mins.―Anonymous

As of July 2012 there is some construction work going on and the intersection is being rearranged. It seems they are making two ramps to get on the motor way. The northmost ramp seems the better place to stand. Still a very good place in Aarhus to get on the E45 and South, but if you are going to Copenhagen, I would suggest to go to the harbour and hitch a ride at the ferry.―Mikkelbue
