Many Danes on their shopping trips, saw a lot of campervans and I think especially in summer many Germans going on holiday to Scandinavia. The car wash station here gave me an energy drink. Got offered a ride to Vejle. Asking at the shopping mall parking lot would probably be faster but if you don't feel social this works.―Bigworldsmallsarah

The shoulder is definitely still there, good space to stand and plenty of space for cars to stop. Both for going towards Herning and towards Aarhus works. I don't think I've ever waited here more than 10 minutes. If you see the sticker with Change the System bottom up I put it there :P―Bigworldsmallsarah

This spot is next to the "Blafferstoppested". The parking spot at the "Blafferstoppested" is too short, so it's much better to stand a bit in front of it.Cities in Jutland is difficult to get to, so it's better just to write "Jylland" and chat with the people stopping.
Waited 2,5 hours on the 23rd of December.

A guy and a girl on a Monday at noon without a sign. This spot should be ok, but we only got local traffic to Kolding. We got dropped at an even worst place... Might be better to ask around or wait for cars to Hamburg (HH plates).―JumpingRabbit

A guy and a girl on a Sunday at noon without a sign. I don't see where the other person hitchhiked here, there is no place in the roundabout. There is a lot of traffix though, so we tried at the exit of the gas station; even though not a lot of people pass though the exit, at least we could also hitchhike the people in the roundabout. Eventually someone stopped - very unsafely - in the roundabout and brought us a bit north of the German border.―JumpingRabbit

Got a ride here directly towards Germany within seconds. No idea how the traffic is on other days, but on a Friday morning it was quite busy.―Anonymous

Good spot to catch a ride to Billund Airport. There's a parking space where cars can pull over safely even tough they're quite fast at this point―Anonymous

Long and big highway entry ramps where cars can safely pull over. Good to catch rides in both directions (Ã…rhus or Kolding)―Anonymous

Horrible place to get a ride south. Secluded from the highway and everything was closed (8:40 am, weekday). Waited over 2h!―Blondy

We were hitching south from Århus to get back into Germany and no cars were heading south. The transport center is really just on the side of the highway going north, though there is access to cars also going south, but there are gas stations nearby as well. It was a Thursday morning (~ 9:30 am) so maybe it was a bad time, but we ended up getting picked up at the highway entrance after waiting a long long time.―Yayael
