It’s good because you can ask the people on the ferry. It’s about 45min you have tome to find a ride tho. I have to say tho I had to ask many people until I got a ride. A lot of them were packt with soda or vacation stuff. Others wer part of abus journey and quiet some were rather reluctant. But some soda tourists eventually got me a space in their car and I got to sjælland to Rasteplads Tappernøje øst. (86km)

perfect spot for naesvede (and also copenhagen maybe), i got taken in 1min just after the red lightcars are coming from both sides and can stop on the bicyle road
i really recommend it it’s 100% better than the others spot (cars are getting too fast and not that much of space to stop)

Honestly, we think this spot is overrated. If you’re heading for Germany there’s far fewer passers by that are heading for the ferries than expected. It’s a perfectly fine spot for hitchhiking in the general area and N/S along E47, but we waited for quite a long while for the amount of traffic heading by.―Ledan

Relatively safe spot. There is room for the cars to stop, but larger cars might struggle.We stood for five, maybe ten minutes, before being picked up. We we’re heading southwest to the ferries to Germany. We tried a few different spots nearby as well, but this was probably where most traffic was concentrated heading southwest along E20.
