For this spot didnt feel too good. Cars just go so fast here and they will not want to stop. Idk about other spots out of tallinn but maybe this is the best one. But if you get a ride most likely its a long one. Got one to almost Riga. But for driver stop he must be comitted to pick hitchhiker up. There place to stop and they see but the speed are the problem even for cars coming from the side.―kiausiniuvagis

Got a ride to Riga with a Parnu sign. Good traffic and space to stop but only cars or small trucks and mainly traffic coming from one end of the roundabout as there's a separation on the road for other incoming traffic.―Manero

We (2, m) got picked up from the higheay intersection just before the traffic lights in just under an hour. Cars have space to stop but are usually driving through quite fast. Still a good spot for Pärnu or Riga.―BigOne

didn't get a ride. monday, around 1pm.why? because road has two lanes, and the lane at which you stop cars, the right one, leads to a turn, when in reality you want to go straight(parnu, riga, etc).
so I highly!!! recommend to move further sound, cross the roundabout and stand there. maybe I was extremely unlucky here, but logic tells me it was not my fault.

Lot of local cars, no trucks at all. After 60 minutes car stopped ant took me to Kaunas (I was so lucky)I thinks its better to go futher.
