both speeding cars coming from the city and those from the mall are fine.

didn't get a ride. monday, around 1pm.
why? because road has two lanes, and the lane at which you stop cars, the right one, leads to a turn, when in reality you want to go straight(parnu, riga, etc).
so I highly!!! recommend to move further sound, cross the roundabout and stand there. maybe I was extremely unlucky here, but logic tells me it was not my fault.

I stood just before the bus stop/gas station. Perfect spot for Tallinn. Sign highly recommended though. Fairly slow speeds for such a big road and good visibility.

Lot of local cars, no trucks at all. After 60 minutes car stopped ant took me to Kaunas (I was so lucky)

Take a trolley or a buss from city center and start from here if you are going to Paldiski-direction.

ALTERNATIVE way - take any bus to Laagri and walk for 10min to the place (after crossing the railway).
Waited around 30min to get to Parnu.

I was hitchhiking right in the LAAGRI bus stop, and it was a good place because after 15 min. I got a ride towards Parnu by 2 estonian nice ladies! :]]
