More local traffic, but some people head from Rapla to Tartu, so I was counting on that (as I personally like to take this route with my car to Tartu). Walked from the centre of Rapla to here. A couple stopped and took me from here to all the way to Tartu with a quick stop in a graveyard in the middle of Estonia where they planned on stopping and I had no problem with that as I just wanted to be home by the evening.―Anonymous

Perfect for heading towards Kohila/Tallinn, all the traffic from Rapla uses this road and due to roundabout the speeds are very low, works at nighttime too, wait times of 5-15 minutes to be expected―Anonymous
