Small rest stop on route 4. Not the most convenient to reach by foot (take a bus to "Mäkeläntie"[don't trust the timetables on google maps!!], then walk for about 45mins on the street until you reach a bridge, then there's a path in the forest and a door in the fence right in front of stop'n go grill).i waited there for about 90mins, but the sun was already going down so not a lot of traffic. in the end, got a lift all the way to jyväskylä.

Wantes to go towards Jyväskylä so had a sign saying "4" but didn't seem to work too well. Eventually someone took me to the highway ramp where I walked to the right road. Not too many cars but probably okay for Kuopio direction.―VeikkaK
