This spot is not great, because it's bit difficult to see where you can stop for the cars probably. Also there's an annoying tree blocking the cars from seeing you. but you can get a ride here. I was sitting in the rain for like more than an hour without getting a ride, until someone finally took me to a different hitchiking spot. You should stay before trafficlight at the right side of road and ask drivers for ride to Himina or farther.I guess this is the only place where you can hitchhike.
