September 2012, Aiton 24. Very little traffic. I waited two hours to got a ride direction Chambery/Grenoble. At least, there is clean toilet just near the spot.

To go to Annecy or Chamonix, no need for a sign as the direction is fairly obvious and people can give you a ride to at least Ugine. I was waiting before the exit of the roundabout, but it is fairly wide so people can stop without bothering other cars.
