Not much place to stop, but its managable, perhaps a gas station 200m before this spot is better, but this works just fine―Anonymous

Good spot, you can get here by train. By the entrance gate there is a gate for people on foot. There is a chain attached but you can squeeze through. We waited completely at the end to get the most people and had a ride within 5 minutes to luxembourg.―Tijmen

We tried it at the Goldene Bremm at first but the police was patrolling there. Solid spot but we waited around 2,5h for a lift to Strasbourg.―Anonymous

got dropped here by locals and told that its a good spot for direction southwest (it isnt). after some hours and trying of different spots we decided to leave this spot, heavy traffic, not so much space to stop, little chaotic, we went for a walk and built up tent at near lake―Anonymous

Cars can stop easily behind you at a gas station thingy. You have a clear view at the Cars and they are not fast yet. But be aware for the buses ( they come super close to the walking side)Wanted to go to Nancy, a person took me to the next Peage to A4. Worked great.

Very efficient for a short trip from Stbg to Nancy or Metz. A cheap bus goes there in about 30min from the city center (Les Halles)―Anonymous

Good place to leave Strasbourg. Take the tram (line A) from the center to "Hautepierre". From the tram stop, walk to the supermarket "Auchan", the spot is just behind the car park.―Anonymous

Though ppl can stop here, and most of them hit it to the Highway, I've been waiting 'round 5 hours and had to leave with the train to get to a better point. No single car stopped...plz don't do it to yourself!―Anonymous

It's a little bit of a walk out here but the cars go slow enough to get a good look and they're able to stop. It took about an hour with decent traffic.―Anonymous
