Many many many cars towards Cannes and Marseille.But very tricky to get there DO NOT CLIMB FROM THE EASTERN SIDE.
There is an open gate for service vehicles on the western side. Got there from Allianz Riviera by going to the gas station north of there, crossed the roundabout towards the river and walked until the toll booth.

According the man who dropped us off, an Antibes local, this is the best spot for getting out. The stream of cars is constant, and we barely had to wait five minutes with our “Nice” sign for a man in a van to pull up and offer a ride, he even gave us a free Nice tram pass, before dropping us off at the tram stop, and telling us exactly what stop to get off at for the old town (T2 to Port Lympia)―Paquito

Same as the other two. Bon Voyage bus stop. But zoom in on satelite view and look at this marker. If you are heading West just walk a ways next to the on-ramp (past the overpass) and you´ll see a great spot where there is a perfect shoulder for cars to pull off for you.―Anonymous
