I walked from the port to Avenue Gambetta which leads onto the Avenue des Canadiens (turn right after leaving port). Its a 2km walk and you simply walk along the coast passing over one bridge. Walk up Gambetta until you get to a petrol station. I had a sign Rouen/ Paris, and got a lift within 20 minutes.―Anonymous

Took us a while to get away here, needed to get to Fécamp (had a sign with fécamp), got picked up after more than an hour, we were here around 8/9am, hoped to catch some worktraffic.―Anonymous

spot is directly after the car exit from the ferry. Stood there in the middle of the night (4 a.m.) and got a ride westwards/to St. Malo after about 10 minutes...―Anonymous

It's along the D915, next to Gardening shop. Vehicle have place to stop on the bottom.(service road to the shop). I waited around 20min with a sign "Rouen" on friday end afternoon to find a direct ride.―Anonymous
