I waited 3 hours for get a ride till Poities (direction Paris).It's a nice place, with a long stopping part and with lots of cars but nobody stopped.
About 15 cars per minute.

Super spot, accessible from train station on bus line B for 2€. Good visibility and easy place for cars to stop. Only about 25 cars went by before someone stopped and took me straight to Brantome.―ujezd
