This is the main hitchhiking spot from Delfzijl to Groningen. Difficult to stop, but there are not that much cars passing what makes it easier to stop. Watch out for golf GTI-drivers!―Anonymous

Not many cars, most are locals. It is possible to get to the Netherlands but I was told the on northern motorway entry it's easier since many Dutch people go there for shopping (not on Sunday though).―Anonymous
