Pretty nice spot to stand in the shade, just before the pull in for the parking area before the toll booth. Took quite a long time for us but maybe it was bad luck, eventually we changed our sign from Innsbruck to Brenner, and got picked up a while after by a lovely Austrian who took us to Innsbruck anyways.Police and toll booth people dont seem to mind if you hitchhike onto the toll road from here.

Good spot for heading west, cars slow down at the circle and there is a place for them to pull over just after. We held a sign for Innsbruck for awhile with no luck, then wrote Brixen and got a lovelt lift within 20 minutes.―Anonymous

Guy and girl heading to Slovenism Spot seemed very quite when we were there. Someone walking their dog came back to their car and offered us a lift South. We asked them to drop us off the highway which meant going through the toll, and hopefully they weren't charged anything but it was a little unfortunate.―Wienerpolser

My friend and me where trying to catch a ride to Innsbruck and got one to Sterzing.This exact spot is really good but a little far from the town, we walked all the way till here and in the afternoon the traffic wasn't heavy, but enough.
On the way from Brixen there are some other decent spots but none of them are good as this.
