I was staying at a hostel at Menaggio (which I strongly recommend) and I came here just by walking. I looked around to see where is the best place to hitchhike and this seemed to be the perfect spot. Entrance to a side road (or secondary road, I don't know), just after the roundabout. This is the perfect place if you want to leave Lago di Como and go to Switzerland because this is the only road to Lugano from here. You can come here by walking through the street anyway.―Anonymous
