Hitched a truck down to the turn-off for Tash Rabat (15km walk from here but if you're lucky you can get a lift with other visitors). Most of the traffic after At Bashy is trucks heading to the Torugart pass. I asked a car transporter that had stopped just before leaving the town, if you end up sticking your thumb out I'd recommend turning right at the end of this road and try at the petrol station, vehicles are often going too fast to stop after this.―Anonymous
