Little traffic but space to pull over in the lane going into the petrol station. With a sign for Bar I got a ride in 15 minutes but we were delayed 2 hours en route due to a delegation of high ranking officials from a few countries. The Kyrgyz guy who took me didn't know English but was super cool and curious and we were talking through translate the entire delay.―Arcturus

Good space to pull over onto the smaller road but I got unlucky in the beginning because police decided to stop there an do random checks on cars. The next day I waited 15 minutes (on and off due to heavy rain) with a sign for Bar and got a ride with 3 tourists from Germany, Sweden and UK going towards Cetinje. Because the rain was too crazy we had a coffee together before parting ways.―Arcturus

Good spot just sometimes cars can park here. It is also a bus stop so you may see a bus come by but otherwise there is decent space. It is good because you get traffic from the mountains too. I got a ride in half an hour with a British guy road tripping to Greece who had hitchhiked across America and many other places. My ride dropped me here. I despaired for a while thinking of how to get out the other end of Budva. Heavy traffic jam and plenty of foreign cars, however all of them staying within Budva. A plumber picked me up and drove me to Rafailovici in the end. Had a sign saying Ulcinj at first, then figured that wasn't going to work so I just wrote "Out of Budva".―goguma

This is a great spot for snorkeling btw, super clear water and no one is here. Saw lots of fish, sea urchins, crabs, sea stars etcCamped here, and the next morning a fisherman came by to collect salt off the tide pools. He offered me a ride on his boat to Plavi Horizonti, where I could catch the Blueline bus back to Tivat

Heading to Petrovac. On this road, there is a lot of traffic, the traffic is slow, and the sidewalk is at the same level as the road --- so you'd have no problem being seen or the driver pulling over. Signed and thumbed.
