Ok place. Lady of the service station offered me a piece of cardboard, without asking. Asked some young swiss guys but they were full, did offer to take just my girlfriend though...Waited about an hour at 7:30am on a monday (because of the amount of local traffic) but a friendly belgium guy took us to the big service station just over the border.

I hitch-hiked in the dark, asking at windows. Nobody wound down the window, unti one guy pulled over to the section in the middle of the road. Then immediately got a lift. Petrol station also seems ideal, but didn't give it a try.―English flair
