This spot is good enough, I didn't feel like I needed to go to next station. There is great visibility from the road and a lot of place to stop - there are two lanes changing to one lane and additional lane from the station. There is local traffic mostly, so it needs some patience but after 30min I got a ride to Ohrid.

Difficult road as there's not many spots for the cars to stop. I waited near the petrol station. Got picked up by a truck driver, eventually he asked me for oral sex and when I refused he dropped me at a random petrol station near resen. Be careful

Waited there for 6 hours on a sunday in December. Visibility is good and there is plenty of space to stop. Traffic was okay. I guess there was just not that many people going the distance.

Use this spot to hitch south along the lake. Getting out in one of the town on the way might mean you have to walk to the town's edge (never very far) to hitch on.

I was putting out my thumb while walking up this street (past the bus station) in the direction of Bitola and a guy picked me up to Resen before I had reached the end of town.

Its senseless. I wanted to go To Bitola from here but i waited 2 hours and 30 min. Only one car stoped (to Resne).
