One male 40+, with a sign "Stockholm", one big and one small backpacks, rainy day.
A bus stop, good visibility and enough space even for a lorry to stop. Not very busy road, a few cars per minut.
I waited only 20 minutes. The fact that I was wearing a t-shirt with a big Polish emblem helped me loooads. The lorry driver who stopy was Polish. He took me to the border, where I quicky got a ride from an anothy Polish truck driver to Stockholm. I'm not sure how long I'd have to wait if I didn't have the t-shirt.
The place is a bit far from the Oslo centre, but about half an hour walk is a decent size park-forest where I pitched a tent for a night.

Big space on the side for cars to stop, all traffic towards Sweden going through. Also a tiny little cafe.

Agree with the other review. Lots of cars going out of the highway, nobody going in direction Sweden. Got a ride of a local to a bit further, in a place where cars could stop on the side of the road.

Not much space to stop, was just trying to get in the E18. Not good for getting in the E6 I think.

Should be pretty decent spot for Oslo, not that great for beyond. Not that many cars stopping at the gas station, but decent flow in the bus stop. Got a ride fast, someone who was going to the airport, so left us on a gas station in the ring road.

Once again, pretty good spot to go to Oslo, not much wait. Got a ride not all the way, but easy to get rides at least to a gas station on the highway.

Little rest stop with bathrooms. Not many cars stopping, so we chose to stay in the entrance with an Oslo sign. Pretty soon a truck driver stopped and took us past Oslo. Four stars because they do go quite fast, and almost nobody stope in the rest stop. But even with rain and bad weather we got lucky.

Rather small space only to stop as there is no shoulder at the onramp but cars can stop at the roundabout. Got a lift from there twice in a decent time. There are better spots down the road so having a 10/20km sign might be a good idea.

Good visibility, and space to stop.

The spot itself is ok but we gave up after 1h and walked to the next onramp further south. Maybe a 10km sign is a good idea to get at least to one of the better spots.

Rest area. We thumped from the point where the entry lane starts. Cars rather fast but good visibility and entry round is pretty long thus easy for cars to pull over.

Much space to pull over, many cars going to south from Outlet. I was lucky and after 5 minutes I got a ride to Copenhagen

There wasn’t much space to pull over, but I got a very short ride within 5 minutes, which was very convenient

The bus stop has plenty of space to pull over. You might consider using a sign. There’s a lot of traffic. I only got a very short ride, just enough to get out of Oslo.

Popular gas station for cars and trucks going to Sweden. Ask around and in a few minutes you'll be on your way.

First on ramp after tunnel. Not a lot of traffic, but easy to place yourself and plenty of room to stop. Easy to get to Vestby gas stations.

Good spot to go south, got a ride to a gas station along the highway 2 km S from Moss.
