Senseless. Barely cars go this direction. Not many grounds for car to pull by as well cuz it's just an entrance to the highway. Stay here back and forth for 3 hours try to get a ride down south but no luck. Take a bus instead to Gothenburg with €5.Try to avoid it if you get a ride to Sarpsborg get off to gas station before driving up to the exit, it will help

I had to wait quite a while, and only got a ride to Svindesund, which is not very far away. I think a lot of traffic is only going to the shopping malls across the boarder.―Anonymous

A lot of cars coming from the city center and from further from the 109. Good spot to go North (stand in the middle of both lanes, there's place to be there and safe at the same time) direction Moss or E-6.Also good going direction Sweden (Stand on the right side). Also a petrol station where you can talk with the drivers. Got a ride direct to Oslo with a sign saying "Nord E6" in 15 minutes.

This spot is perfect if you go north despite I spent around 3 hours there (because of Sunday evening). There is a small gas station, and electrical charges there, a place for camping too. I was hitch hiking right after the roundabout during the darkness ang got a ride. The car was going to Ski, I got off in Sarpsborg.―denwer
