First good spot for stopping if you are dropped on the highway entrance. If you are leaving the city probably there is no point in walking all the way up here. Got lucky with former hitchhiker who took me first to forest near Rzeszów for wildcamping and then to the service station on A4 for Ukraine direction―Autostopeks

In no time I got ride to medyka border crossing however my driver told me that if I will wait for his wife to cross border I will be able to get to lviv with his wife's friend so I did it. However at the Ukrainian side I found out that she doesn't have a car and we ended up hitchhiking together to lviv itself or more exactly she ask someone near the border and he took us. If I knew that I would probably cross the border just after coming to medyka and then hitchhike to lviv by myself but in the end I got to lviv and it was something totally knew to me―Anonymous
