One male 40+, no sign, one big backpack, a sunny day. On my way from Wroclaw to Brno (successful).I was hitchhiking 1 km up north, when one guy stopped and told me that this junction was better. And he dropped me here. The place isn't good. No space for a car to stop due to crash barriers. No shade. But it looks he was right. Within 2 minutes I got a ride, to Międzylesie, from a guy leaving Bystrzyca Kłodzka through that exit. He was kind enough to drop me at the end of Międzylesie.

One male 40+, no sign, one big backpack, a sunny day. On my way from Wroclaw to Brno (successful).I was dropped here by a previous driver. There is a bit of place just enough to pull over. Some shade. A half (if no more) of the cars, just after passing me, were turning to Bystrzyca Kłodzka, the other half were heading straight. After 10 minutes a driver offered me a lift to..... Bystrzyca Kłodzka. I said that I was going to Czech Republic, but I asked him if maybe he can give me a lift to the next junction. And that way I got my shorter ride ever - 1 km 😁 The new place looked actually worse (no place to stop), but despite of it I got a lift in one minute by a man leaving Bystrzyca Kłodzka through that exit.

One male 40+, no sign, one big backpack, a sunny day (no shade). On my way from Wroclaw to Brno (successful).I was dropped at the junction 1,5 kms nort of here and I walked. The last a few hundreds of metres through some grass along the field. It's a bit weird spot. Perfect coz there is plenty of space to stop and you are visible from long distance. But it's a place designed for the border/custom patrols to do random checks (mostly lorries). There is a sign banning entering this parking.
At the same time, when I hitchhiked there, one patrol worked there. Despite my fear, they didn't kick me out. They ignored me completely. We were stopping cars parallelly. I must say they were more successful 😄
But I think many drivers were too afraid to stop there, when seeing a patrol car. But after 35 minuts one brave driver stopped and gave me a ride almost to Bystrzyca Kłodzka.

One male 40+, no sign, one big backpack, a sunny day. On my way from Wroclaw to Brno (successful).I was dropped here by the previous driver. An entrance to a vegetable shop. Just enough space for a car to stop. No shade. Good visibility. Quite busy traffic.
I got very lucky. After 5 minutes a couple of Ukrainian guys took me to Kłodzko.

Hitching South is really good from here. If you stand with sign, you can easily get to Czech Republic. Just mind that you have to be visible - walk a bit down the road where are no trees hiding you ;)―Anonymous

That is the best spot to hitch south, towards Bystrzyca and border crossing in Boboszow. Further you can go easily to Brno.―Anonymous

Car's on the opposite gas station go to West, so this was only option to go to Wroclaw. Unfortunately most of the cars are locals (DKL on car sighs).―Viki99

Bigger gas station, lot of cars. Good to go west (Wroclaw, Klodzko). I asked around and got a ride to Klodzko pretty quickly.―Viki99
