One car stopped and offered to take us to Gora Kalwaria. We politely refused hoping to get a ride directly to the A2 highway. We ended up regretting this very much, as in search for a better hh spot we were forced to walk all the way there anyway (the road further to the west is horribly narrow, so hitching is pretty much impossible)―Hattivat

Tried hitching just behind the roundabout before giving up after about half an hour in favor of walking west in search of a better spot. Bad idea, the road to the west is horribly unsuitable for hitchhiking, would probably have had better luck staying here.―Hattivat

This is where we decided we couldn't take it anymore and gave up after my gf came back from the parking with tears in her eyes - local drivers mocked her for daring to ask for as much as a lift to the nearest bus station. Lots of traffic on the road, but no one stopped. A shockingly high percentage of drivers ignored us completely. I don't think I've ever been in a place where drivers seemed less willing to help.―Hattivat

The road here is the old school of Polish civic engineering at its "finest" - which means that the road could be any narrower and the trenches on its sides are as deep as possible. No chance whatsoever of stopping anyone, even walking near the road is difficult and dangerous.―Anonymous

Plenty of traffic and the spot seems relatively good for cars to stop (at least in comparison to what the rest of this road is like). The problem is that local drivers are more likely to laugh in your face than help you.―Anonymous
