MOP Service station exit to the motorway, I waited near the exit, there is really good visibility, even at night there are 2 lampposts nearby to stand under. Had a sign for WAWA, but I'm sure just your thumb should do the trick as well if you're trying to get anywhere along the motorway 👍―Passports

To Warszawa. Popular hh place in Wroclaw. There is a sign FORBIDEN TO STOP, but nobody takes care.:) Just hhike after a sign and car will appears. You can get here using bus Nr.128 till station PSIE POLE - STACIJA PKP―Anonymous

Also a good place. You can get there with bus "D" to the last stop. A big verge there and drivers see you from a long distance. Good for long journeys.―Anonymous

Personally I claim that this place is strange. Sometimes I managed to catch a car within 10, 15 or 25 minutes. But it also occured that after 2 hours of senseless hitchhiking I surrendered and left the place. Since most traffic is going through A8 now there are less cars using this way. People often gave me a lift only to Oleśnica.―Spokojna Woda

A great place! First, it's easy to get to: just take any bus going to "Psie Pole" (from the centre: D, N, 128, 131, 141, there's also more from other parts of the city) and walk 100 metres past Lidl. You can also simply take a train to Wrocław-Psie Pole.Second, there's always plenty of cars and enough space for them to stop. I hitched there many times, and never waited for a ride longer than 30 minutes. If something doesn't work, you can always take a bus or train.

It's definately the best place to catch something directly to Warsaw or Łódź - especially in the mornings you don't have to wait more than 10-20 minutes here.―Razdwatrzy

The better way is to take a bus 908 to Łosice, because only few cars go to the Warsaw or Lodz this way.There you have a parking place.

Not a good place, since 2km further the bypass is ending and merging the old DK8, where all transit is going, not here. I would suggest taking any bus from here to Długołęka―Msierak
