This spot looks like shit and you are basically standing on road that looks like a highway(Aldo technicaly it's not an expressway as this ends with junction after which you are standing.) but even so I got ride to Belarus very fast. Unfortunately Belorussian border guards didn't let me in because of my trips to Ukraine and I had to had back to Poland but if you think that they will let you through this is a spot to try―Autostopeks

The spot to Bialystok.In front of the petrol station, there is a lot of space for the cars to stop and they can see you from far away and you're just out of the city, so you avoid most of the local traffic (and it's not far from the center)
