Quite some local road traffic, just a long walk through neighbouring towns to the end of residential areas.―Anonymous

Logical place heading north but speed is quite high and some trucks stop there for shopping, reducing shoulder space sometimes to a minimum. A19 nov'12 had almost no traffic at all.―Anonymous

To get here, walk along the oceanside, heading south. We stopped just in front of the gas station, and had to wait for 30-45 minutes for a ride that took us to the entrance of the highway. Most people were just filling up their tanks, but a lot of cars passing with room for one.―Anonymous

Our driver left us in this place as he was turning to the villages. Not a lot of traffic, plenty of trucks who speed without any consideration to anything non-motorized. We got here almost at dusk and quickly took the decision to walk to Alcobaça and then see what happens.―Anonymous

Was trying to get back to Leiria after a day trip to Nazaré, had to wait for a bit but got picked up after 15 minutes by a guy heading to Marinha Grande.Lots of space for cars to pull over
