Toll booth before A1, direction Porto and Lisbon. There's some space before the tolls, there are only two lanes, so they can easily change the lane they're on, even though the highest chances of getting a ride are from the drives coming from the direction of IC8 west who enter this part of the road just before the toll both = quite close to where you'll stand.―Anonymous
