One male 40+, no sign, one big backpack, a sunny day. On my way from Resita to Teregova (successful).
A perfect spot. Loads of space. Good visibility. Cars still go slowly. Perfect amount of traffic. There is shade a bit after the arch "Goodbye Resita", or sun before the arch. You can pick.
And the result was also perfect. After 3 minuts I got a lift to Caramsebes.

One male 40+, no sign, one big backpack, a cloudy day with some occasional and short drizzles. On my way from Timisoara to Resita (successful).
It's not outside the village yet (but almost), however it's got a nice bay where cars can pull over, so I pickedit. Good visibility. Bit of downhill. But traffic was very slow (I even started playing a game on my phone out of boredom). I was wondering if I'll get stuck here. But luckly after 20 minutes I got a lift to my final destination that day - Resita.

One male 40+, no sign, one big backpack, a cloudy day with some occasional and short drizzles. On my way from Timisoara to Resita (successful).
After the railway crossing, so the cars should be going slowly. Just after the end of the town sign. No much traffic. There wasn't also that much room to stop. So, when after 10 minutes I got an offer to go only 5 kms to the next village, I grabbed the opportunity. The next place was much better.

good place to hitch-hike to Timisoara, there is a gas station and a possibility for the cars to stop anywhere around. you can get there by any bus (except no.4) from anywhere in Resita, just get off on the stop after you see Kaufland and a shopping centre.
