Close to train station car park entrance lots of medium speed traffic going to Brasov. I had a driver go out of his way to take me into the center where I was staying―Xavybaby

Good vision, cars moving at a medium pace, space for drivers to pull over in bus bay. Had a sign to Ploiesti but was aiming for Brasov driver was nice enough to show me the castle in Sinaia―Xavybaby

Sinaia = sky resort =lot of turists Sundays = traffic jam stops in specialy Bucarest direction so you can talk with drivers in alot of places―BMartin20

In front of the Sinaia train station, there\\'s a quite large parking area where people can stop pick you up.It is more effective if you want to go to Bucharest than if you want to go to Brasov.

The gas station was a nice place to chat to people coming back from the mountains. Unclear how difficult it would be for cars to stop heading down the slope toward the gas station.―Arnulle

A decent spot to get out of Brasov. Lot's of cars going past. We didn't have any luck at the roadside but managed to find a car going to Sinaia by asking the cars stopping at the petrol station.―M_E
