Not a bad spot, I asked around and found a guy going to Sibiu. It was kinda funny because he spoke no languages I speak, and it was truly a spiritual experience, but he was nice and got me to a place where I changed cars.

there is a lane for stopping and even a couple of trucks stopped to ask where i was going. i did not get a ride and went 1 hour to the other end of the city, but this place is good. sign will help.
