Took awhile to get out of Turda. I almost walked to Campia Turzii before getting a lift. However many people stopped, but weren't going where I was. Look for MS or BV license plates for rides further down the line. Finally a nice guy gave me a ride all the way to Sighisoara. :)―Veganbond

There is a high chance that you are coming from/to Cluj/Târgu Mures and the driver will drop you here. Don't worry for it is a perfect spot. If your intention is to go beyond Cluj, like Hungary, Oradea, Baia Mare, others, many drivers enter the Highway here and your chance to find a car is great. I've done it here several times.―Anonymous

The common place to stand at if you go towards Alba Iulia/Aiud/Câmpeni. There might be a lot of commuters which increases the chance of the driver expecting money from you.―Anonymous
