If you travel from the Novi Sad Sever toll gate, there is a high chance that a lot of people from the area of Vrbas will stop for you. If you need to go further towards Subotica/Hungary, I wouldn't recommend catching rides just to Vrbas. The car speed at this spot is quite high, you can easily get stuck here.―Vagabond
