No lift, little traffic going north. We could've tried here for longer but for cars to pick us up from here they would have had to drive off a large ledge into the layby which we felt could damage their cars,(the more easily accesable end of the laybe was blocked by other vehichles)

Very little traffic, we were initially trying to northeast then onwards to Tarifa but eventually decided to give up and got a lift bsck to Barbate with th hopes of getting a bus(the last one went to Tarifa around 7pm i believe and costs €5)

Really nice Place !! Nice Beach, Surf sports, Climbing areas, dunes, roman relicts and some dunes ! There is no bus connection but the local people seemed very very friendly and it was no problem to get rides ! You can sleep on the beach and make campfires but pay attention to the police, it's forbidden.

It's very good place just little above Gas station and just before small curve with a lot of place for vehicles to stop and speed limit is 50km\\h so they will definitely spot you.
I have waited here 30min for a ride to El Puerto de Santa Maria(Cadiz),but also is great for direction to Sevilla,Conil,Jerez...

The Frontera is not good for hotch hiking. I thimbed for 30 mins then started walking along the road to Conil. Got a ride in ten minutes from Dan and Franci, who turned around after seeing me.

Tried to hitch a military convoy towareds Tarifa, Was not lucky with that though. Honestly the bridge down the road is better, with the buses all the way to Malaga and the nice Venda as a back up option.

Not much of a traffic, but people are nice enough to take you out of this cool village.

A bit better than the gas station if you wantto get towards Tarifa, but I was unlucky, especially since this was the heaviest rain in andalucia since last winter probably. Don't worry though

Started down before at the round about, after failing to get a ride to Conil, I started walking and got picked up in 10 mins by Dany and Franci who had turned around to pick me up.

Good spot, our driver was kind enough to take us to Bolonia from here, even though he wasn't meant to go there.

Herés a good spot to go to Conil and Cadix, people stop easily. Only it wasn’t my way so had to hitch back up and down to another exit

Very good spot to go anywhere south or east. Two cars stopped but I prefered to walk yowards Veher ya, because it’s a nice hike.
