It's possible to get a ride from here, but it's hard to stop here if more cars go behind each other. Better go down the road to the next roundabouts.

You can access the pay toll from this spot by jumping a fence. I would not recommend it though, I got kicked by the workers of the place in few minutes.

I have seen people hitchhiking from here to get on the AP-9 highway. I would not recommend to try it here. Cars are coming from different directions, there are curves and there is not really much space for cars to stop. I would rather try 100 meters before the bridge. Still you will encounter a lot of local traffic. Good luck.

I often use this spot to hh from Pontevedra to Santiago. Many drivers avoid the highway (I'm originally from here, so I even do that myself when I drive).
There's a parking lane which is often almost empty, so cars can stop easily.
