Gas station just before the road splits to the Sevilla highway.

Only very few cars drove direction Jerez from here..asked for 90 min but then decided to follow the sevilla route (over a bridge, than go through under it). There is a gas station and a roundabout. Much more people in the right direction.

Well... I stood here for 2 hours. No luck. Cars are going too fast. Eventually some nice woman approached me and offered to buy me bus tickets to Algeciras.

Roundabout 200 meters before the sliproad to N-443. If you are heading to Sevilla you should use "Jerez" on your sign as well. Normally a perfect spot, but it´s in Spain...a billboard will protect you from the sun.

Direction Jerez. Good spot for cars to stop. If it doesnt works you can try to ask people at near gas station.

Bad spot. I saw it on map and wanted to try to hitchhike here or at shell gas station, but after roundabout is not place to stop and without car you can´t get to the gas station.

It took a while to find a ride here, but eventually I managed to get to Jerez from here. The driver was a gardener who was working for one of the hotels in the area, really friendly dude who dropped me off at a great spot to continue to Sevilla.
I was there in early June, so many of the holiday homes were still preparing for the season. Maybe your chances are better (or worse, I can't tell), in high season, as there will be much more people.

Cadiz in general is not a sweet spot for hitch hiiking, I think.
