To KALMAR. Pretty good, just stand at the bus station but with a sign, otherwise people will not know where you are going! )Street leads to the north of the island and highway) You could also stand closer to the highway, near Traffpunkt Oland, but there is no space to stand after the roundabout―Anonymous

To Oland. It only took me 5 to 10 mins and i was using this spot several times. Use a sign. You can walk there to the bus stop Ango or catch a bus. Its within walking distance from the city and quite much traffic, no trucks though.―Anonymous

To Stockholm. I got a ride directly to Stockholm there, but had to wait for an hour. Theres no really good spot as all traffic is coming from Oland on number 137 and turning right there. No busstops or anything, just plain motorway. Ask somebody to bring you to IKEA or RASTA )or use a bus), which is on the other side of the highway, then walk across it, dont worry theres a bridge and you can walk. I then put myself between the 2 roads, one lane heading south and one turning right heading north. Not the safest place, but theres no other before on 137. use a very big sign―Anonymous
