Male and female waiting. As hard as it is to get out of the city, I think the spot was decent. Place to stop in the street towards the gas station, a good number of cars passing. Lots of locals that won't really appreciate you though. Found randomly another hitchhiker and we thumbed together, sign Örebro.―friki

Don't let drivers drop you off here... No cars at all, specially not going towards Stockholm. Miscommunication with driver lead to his. I ended up having to ho up the highway and hitchhike in the off-ramp. Would not recommend, cars very fast, illegal.―friki

One male 40+, with a sign "Oslo", one big and one small backpacks, sunny and warm day. Going to Oslo.A bus stop, good visibility and enough space even for a lorry to stop.
I waited 45 minutes. I got a short ride to Karstad.

Go to the bus stop "Karolinen" Bus 1, 4, 6 go there or just walk from the centre. The next right turn is for Stockholm. I tried and only waited a couple of minutes unil somebody gave me a lift to the next gas station along the highway. Spot is easily accesible and visibility is good―Anonymous

No real place for the cars to stop, but a huge ramp onto the highwas(s). Two gas stations and a McDonalds nearby, regular traffic and apparantly quite some long distance drivers. Found a ride all the way to Stockholm in about 20 minutes despite aweful weather.―Anonymous

Stood here for about an hour before we got a ride to Örebro. Stood at the roundabout with a sign and asked people at the gas station. In the end it seems like not a great spot, as people cannot stop at the roundabout...―Mistersunfield

It's ok... The problème is almost everyone is going straight on the bridge and not right on the highway. So it's better to get closer to the highway entrance but then no more place for cars to stop.―Anonymous
