Great spot for going towards Chur. Decent traffic and there is space for cars to pull over at the beginning of the ramp to the motorway. I ended up getting a ride to Sargans with an elderly woman going home.

Lots and lots of traffic but not that much space to pull over after the fire station. Probably the best spot to go south from Zürich though. Still got a ride with a local going into the mountains in about 45 mins.

perfect spot for berne/lausanne (and also geneve), got took in lausanne with a direct ride in almost 40-45min
fully recommend it : lots of space to stop (bus stop) and lots of traffic that drive slow

Very quick to Zürich with space to pull over at the motorway entrance. Some traffic but most should be going to Zürich or beyond. Ended up getting a ride with a Kosovan Albanian living in Zürich and his father in 5 minutes.

Ok spot I guess towards Zürich. There's plenty of space to pull over and decent traffic but still took 20 minutes to get a ride to Winterthur. He was a super cool guy though with a nice car and he gave me 10 francs.

fully recommend it : place yourself at the end of the gas station before the two road (like next to the sign that say bye in german ahaha)

Waited just over an hour and a quarter. Was trying to go to Zurich HB, got offered to Zurich weizekon. Was there between 15:15 and about 16:35. Everyone was going to Basel? Bit unfriendly. Be ready for a long wait

A family of 3 heading to Austria agreed to drop us off at our hotel in Schaam. Had a fun conversation about Power rangers for the whole trip with an 8 year old in German (and I don't speak German lol)

We literally crossed the border, wrote a sign and started walking to a MacDonalds with the sign attached to a backpack. Before we were even able to cross the road a car stoped next to us and this amazing German tourists pick us up. This is a 10 out of 5. Amazing

Good showers and facilities. Quiet on weekdays. Took a lift to south end of lake Zurich for fear of getting stuck. One man one woman one wheelchair.
