Not a great spot to be honest, took me more than half an hour and the cars are going fast. And I made a huge mistake of getting out in Littleport, that costed me a lot of headache. I would very much advice to get off at the carwash on the motorway.―martih

Direction Newmarket - this road feels kind of endless, I think there is a lay-by about a mile further up but this is where I hitched, and took my lunch break. Wonderful countryside, but not such a great hitching spot.―Anonymous

Travelling in the King's Lynn direction, rides are usually the really easy when you're going through Ely.. It's normally good to get dropped off at the roundabout before this one, for then you can hitch whilst walking to this roundabout, and I've never not gotten a ride whilst walking in Ely..―Anonymous
