Tried to get from here towards Carmarthenshire following the Brecon Road.It took us quite long, so it might be better to try the southern route.

not many options heading aber direction from Brecon but this is one of the better ones. the visibility isn't great, but position yourself so they've got enough time to pull over into the layby as it's a pretty fast road―raff8ty
