I walked here from Fife. It was well worth the walk.There is a ton of room for cars to pull off. A retaining wall partially blocks the view for some of the oncoming traffic, but they still have plenty of time and room to stop. I got picked up really quickly by a guy that ended up buying a bus ticket for me to portland, so I'd call it a win.

Great spot to head to Portland. Just make sure you have a big sign, car can go fast.Go at the exact spot, you have to walk a bit on the speedway ramp
