hitched SB out of Dubuque, traffic moving too fast with the rolling hills to really be seen from the shoulder, even with the busy 1pm roads on a Friday. I got a ride hitching here in 10 minutes. The guy took me a few miles to the largest truck stop in the world!! It was a short ride and I had to cross the highway bridge to get to this spot, but it is definitely a great place to hitch!―Anonymous
