Empty place. Got lucky on that one to have such a short wait.A retired man going home. He used to pick up hitchhikers to sermon them.

After 10 minutes, a Crowley cop showed up and told me to leave, as I wasn't allowed to hitchhike there or on any state highwayI politely told him I was, but he still wouldn't let me do. As I told him I had no other solution, he ended up telling me to walk on the service until the next Interstate exit.
Told me it would be a 20-30 min walk, so I accepted when I ended up walking 1h30.
He definitely just wanted me out of his juridiction, cops are cops.
