There is room to stop, but people are driving too fast to bother giving a ride. Everyone leaving the hot springs were heading East.Two siblings who passed me came back to pick me up. They told me they had a long way to Seattle, won't change much for them to give a ride.
Very friendly, we talked about travel, family and wildlife.
I exchanged with a bible for riders against a big knife.

Hitchhiked while walking towards the edge of the city. Got a quick ride from a mom bringing her son to work at Broadwater.She talked a lot and he didn't at all.
Shoulder on Euclid Ave is good, try to get dropped at one of the gas stations there to get a ride more easily I guess.

Easy way to go to Helena, straight line, you can't be missed by drivers.A delivery man who already saw me in Bozeman earlier that day picked me up. We did one stop to deliver some axles before he dropped me in town where I asked him to.
