Hitchhiking north out of Sacramento is a challenge, but for four dollars, one can catch a bus on J street up to this intersection in Yuba City. Stand at the corner of Hwy 20 and Hwy 99, where much of the 99's northbound traffic will have to stop or slow down at the traffic light. Plenty of room for cars or trucks to pull over.
