Got into Sid's to get lunch before heading on the ramp. Nice cozy sandwich restaurant.The couple owning the restaurant there have been marvelous. They offered me my lunch, a brownie for a snack and gave me a ride South to Buc-ee's to improve my chances to get a ride.
Marvelous and the kindest kind of people I met in this country, I can only recommend to hitchhikers to stop around and pay them a visit!

Headed south on a Sunday around 11:30, waited with a sign for I-75 S. Got a ride in about 10 minutes. Great location.(female, 20s)
