All the room to stop, but most of the traffic wasn't going on the Interstate.

Got a ride from a man in his thirties, heading to work.

Got dropped there because was at the outside of Roosevelt.
Not many people stopping there and traffic was too fast without any shoulder to properly pull over.

I got lucky and a Native man who passed me came back and give me a ride all the way to Salt Lake City.
Small discussion but deep about travels and what we've been through life.
Mostly listen to music and enjoyed the scenery

Tons of cars going North on I-15, lots of space on the on-ramp. Less then 15 minutes wait.

Lots of cars going north (I84 and I15), good space on the side. 20 minutes!

depending on the day and weather, you can land a ride fairly quickly, 45 minutes or less. the police have never stopped me and I've hitched here a number of times heading to Logan.

Was stuck here two days and eventually got a Greyhound ticket to Rock Springs, WY just to get out of Utah. I wish I\\'d seen this site then to know about that spot north of this one.

Picked up by a Mormon heading into Wyoming in about an hour! Great spot. I flew a sign that read I-80 East to get onto that interstate.
